Can I return an order?

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, email [email protected] with your order number (and a photo where relevant) — we will replace it or make it right.

For other returns, email us with your order number and the reason before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return steps for your country. The shop's checkout links its current return policy, which is the authoritative version.

Refunds for approved returns go back to the original payment method through the shop's Shopify checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
